A Gift of Threads and Thought

This bag is a special custom piece created for Ankita, who wanted a handmade birthday gift for her sister. She embroidered delicate, 3D floral motifs on fabric we provided, based on the bag’s design. Once the embroidery was complete, we carefully stitched it into a finished bag.

Made from undyed, natural-toned fabrics, it features a thick cotton canvas body, fused with drill canvas and lined with soft 40’s cotton—all in shades of grey and off-white. The circular shape is paired with sturdy YKK zippers, blending subtle charm with thoughtful craftsmanship.

A heartfelt collaboration—stitched with love and story.

Wildflower Whispers

This handcrafted bag was made especially for Megha, featuring the initials of her and her husband delicately embroidered between blooming flowers. Crafted with undyed and unbleached canvas, the fabric retains its natural texture and tone. It’s reinforced with canvas fusing for structure and lined with soft 40’s cotton for comfort.

Every stitch is done by hand, reflecting care and intention. The embroidery uses naturally dyed threads—free from synthetic minerals—making the bag as gentle on the earth as it is meaningful to its owner. A beautiful blend of love, craftsmanship, and conscious living.

Beach souvenir

A customer who had recently visited Mangalore beach approached us with a beautiful idea—she wanted a custom bag that carried the memory of her trip. She had collected seashells during her time by the shore and hoped to weave those moments into something she could cherish and use every day. Her deep connection to the waves inspired the entire mood of the piece, allowing us to create a bag that reflects the calm, rhythmic beauty of the ocean she fell in love with.

To bring her story to life, we hand-dyed the fabric in Indigo using a unique tie-and-dye technique that forms natural, flowing wave patterns across the surface. The body of the bag is crafted from sturdy Indigo-dyed canvas and follows one of our signature spacious, zipper-free designs. Each shell she brought was carefully secured onto the flap using embroidery techniques inspired by Gujarati and Rajasthani craftsmanship. Since the shells had organic, irregular shapes, we adapted and combined traditional methods to hold them firmly in place without any glue. The result is a bag that is not only functional and artistic, but also a deeply personal keepsake.
