Cancellation and refund
1. Order Cancellation by Customer:
- Pre-Shipment Cancellation: You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will process your cancellation and initiate a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Post-Shipment Cancellation: If your order has already been shipped, we regret that it cannot be canceled.
2. Order Cancellation by Edalla:
- We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is out of stock, there is an issue with payment authorization, or due to any unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Return Policy
At Edalla , we take pride in ensuring that each product meets the highest standards of quality. To minimize waste, we only accept returns under specific conditions:
1. Eligibility for Return:
- Defective Product: If the product you received has a manufacturing defect, such as a missed stitch, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
- Wrong Product Delivered: If you received a product different from what you ordered, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. We will facilitate the return and ensure the correct product is delivered to you promptly.
2. Non-Returnable Conditions:
- Correctly Delivered Products: We do not accept returns for products that have been correctly delivered and do not have any manufacturing defects. This policy is in place to reduce waste and environmental impact.
- Used or Damaged Products: Products that have been used or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
3. Return Process:
